More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site plans for the financier's private tropical island among the images.

Also included in this latest image release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a key detailing different sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
